Rhonda offers a unique toolkit combining close to twenty years of professional experience in corporate and not-for-profit finance, operational, and human resource management with intuition, insight and exceptional communication skills. She is widely recognized and sought after for her unflinching candour and focus on tangible outcomes. She works primarily with corporations, executives and professionals in areas of administrative infrastructure, organizational planning, leadership, human resource development, communications, team effectiveness, and career management.
